High Purity Insulation Refractory Clay Bricks , Insulating Mullite Brick
Description:
Laurel supply several grades of mullite insulating brick for use in applications from 1260℃ to 1760℃.Each grade of brick is formulated to meet specific thermal and physical requirements. After firing each brick is machined to close dimensional tolerances.
Insulating bricks are manufactured utilising exceptionally high purity clays and other ceramic materials. The carefully graded organics which are used during the manufacturing process burn out during firing to give a uniform pore structure.
The most competitive price,good quality,safty packing,prompt delivery time,and excellent after-sales services.
High Alumina Composition: The mullite refractory bricks boast an alumina content ranging from 65–75%, promoting remarkable temperature resistance and structural stability
Enhanced Thermal Integrity: Featuring tightly controlled pore structures, these lightweight mullite brick versions reduce thermal conductivity and heat storage for energy-efficient operation
Impressive Temperature Thresholds: Capable of continuous service at around 1260 °C to 1600 °C, depending on the grade—ensuring suitability in high-performance lining systems
Low Density & High Strength: Combining low bulk density with high compressive performance, the lightweight mullite brick supports lightweight furnace construction without compromising durability
