Kiln Linings Fire Brick Refractory High Temperature , Alumina Corundum Bricks
Alumina corundum bricks are premium refractory products engineered for applications requiring excellent thermal stability and mechanical strength. Produced in a professional corundum brick factory, these bricks are designed with high-purity alumina as the primary raw material. Their dense structure and outstanding resistance to chemical erosion make alumina fire brick an ideal choice for demanding industrial environments. With their superior durability and high thermal performance, alumina corundum bricks and alumina fire brick are trusted by industries worldwide. Backed by a specialized corundum brick factory, these products offer consistent reliability for high-temperature refractory systems.
Key Features
High Refractoriness – With operating temperatures exceeding 1700°C, alumina corundum bricks ensure long-lasting stability.
Excellent Wear Resistance – Superior hardness provides strong protection against abrasion and thermal shock.
Chemical Resistance – Alumina fire brick resists corrosion from acidic and basic slags in metallurgical and glass furnaces.
Precision Manufacturing – Produced by an advanced corundum brick factory, ensuring consistent quality and dimensional accuracy.
Custom Options – Available in standard sizes and tailored specifications to meet different refractory requirements.
Description:
The sintered corundum products were produced by sintering of high purity fused corundum, synthetic mullite and chromium oxide. They have high bulk density, high compressive strength, good thermal shocking resistance, and good corrosion resistances to acids and alkali. They are not influenced by H2, CO gases at use.
Features:
1.high bulk density
2.high compressive strength
3.good thermal shocking resistance
Applications:
Widely used as linings in decomposing furnaces for petroleum and chemical industry,
as well as chemical fertilizer industry. They also used as high temperature kiln linings
and furniture’s in metallurgical industry.
