Laurel ceramic fiber modules are high-temperature insulation products made from ceramic fiber blankets. They are designed to be installed in high-temperature furnaces, kilns, and other industrial equipment to improve energy efficiency while reducing maintenance costs. The modules come in standard sizes and shapes, making them easy to install and replace. They have excellent thermal stability and resistance to harsh chemicals, as well as low thermal conductivity, which helps to minimize heat loss.

 

Module linings prevent heat loss,increasing the furnace productivity and reducing maintenance costs.

Laurel modules have the highest insulating value achievable in a ceamic fiber.Each module is a continuous folded blanket under compression.The individual sheetsis allowed.
